As part of Unit 4 in Spanish, “Discovering Environmental Impact: Data That Speaks,” SWAS students designed and created a board game aimed at raising awareness about climate change through data and interactive challenges.
Throughout the project, they collaborated in teams to develop questions in both English and Spanish, and illustrated the game board, blending research and creativity to make learning more dynamic and engaging.
Their board game was showcased at this year’s Environmental Fair, where they shared their work with the school community.
Los alumnos de SWAS, en la Unidad 4 de Español, “Descubriendo el impacto ambiental: Datos que hablan,” diseñaron y elaboraron un juego de mesa con el objetivo de concientizar sobre el cambio climático a través de datos y desafíos interactivos.
Durante el proceso, trabajaron en equipo creando preguntas en inglés y español relacionadas con el tema, y diseñando ilustraciones para el tablero, combinando investigación y creatividad para hacer el aprendizaje más dinámico y entretenido.
Este juego fue presentado en la Feria Ambiental de este año, donde compartieron su trabajo con la comunidad escolar.
