The Ecoclub students participated in the “Pollinators” workshop, led by the Polinizando México organization. This socio-environmental education module aims to promote actions that contribute to the global effort against climate change.
Through various hands-on activities, the children learned about biodiversity, deforestation, and climate change. They also explored the different types of pollinators, their importance, and the impact they have on our daily lives. Additionally, they identified which plants or trees each species pollinates and reflected on the consequences of their absence in the ecosystem.
This workshop not only helped them understand the significance of pollinators but also encouraged them to take action to protect them, fostering greater respect for nature and its balance.
El Ecoblub explora el mundo de los polinizadores
Los alumnos del Ecoclub participaron en el taller “Polinizadores”, impartido por la organización Polinizando México. Este módulo de educación socioambiental tiene como objetivo fomentar acciones que contribuyan al esfuerzo global contra el cambio climático.
A través de diversas actividades didácticas, los niños aprendieron sobre biodiversidad, deforestación y cambio climático. También exploraron los distintos tipos de polinizadores, su importancia y el impacto que tienen en nuestra vida diaria. Además, identificaron qué plantas o árboles poliniza cada especie y reflexionaron sobre las consecuencias de su ausencia en el ecosistema.
Este taller no solo les permitió comprender la relevancia de los polinizadores, sino que también los motivó a tomar acción para protegerlos, promoviendo un mayor respeto por la naturaleza y su equilibrio.
